About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You’ll be a key player in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of Iris Development Studios. Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and industry events.
  • Proposal Writing: Craft compelling and persuasive proposals that effectively communicate our services and value proposition to prospective clients.
    Client
  • Communication: Build strong relationships with potential clients, proactively manage communication, and address inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Effectively manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies to inform our sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and development teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on client projects.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to the leadership team

 

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the digital marketing or creative agency space.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of the industry.
